Light Duty Flame Retardant Anti-Vibration Rubber Lined U-bolt designed for 72 mm ID applications. Constructed from T316 (A4) marine grade stainless steel, this U-bolt is equipped with flame retardant rubber to minimize noise and vibration in pipework systems.

Usage

Reduces or eliminates noise and fatigue caused by vibration of pipework against supporting structures.

Prevents galvanic corrosion from contact between dissimilar metals in the presence of an electrolyte.

Protects against wear and crushing of composite, thin wall, or non-ferrous pipework.

Material: Railway Grade Silicone 80sh, postcured for a minimum of 4 hours at 200°C.

Flame Retardant rubber properties include: Shore A 75-85 (nominal result 80), tensile strength 10.0 N/mm², elongation 420%, tear strength 26 N/mm, specific gravity 1.22.

Constant working temperature range: -40°C to +200°C.
