General description

Flame Retardant Light Duty Anti-Vibration Rubber Lined U-bolt designed for 89 mm ID pipes, suitable for 80 mm NB pipes. This product features a T316 stainless steel U-bolt and a silicone rubber backing pad, providing excellent durability and performance.

Usage

Reduces or eliminates noise and fatigue caused by vibration of pipework against supporting structures.

Prevents galvanic corrosion from contact between dissimilar metals in the presence of an electrolyte.

Protects against wear and crushing of composite, thin wall, or non-ferrous pipework.

Flame Retardant rubber.

Postcured for a minimum of 4 hours at 200°C.

Material properties include: Shore A hardness 80, tensile strength 10.0 N/mm², elongation 420%, tear strength 26 N/mm, specific gravity 1.22.
