PROFESSIONAL PRESERVATION: Simply insert the stopper into the bottle, fold down the hinged tabs to lock them onto the neck, and then press the button until you feel firm resistance, indicating an airtight seal. DESIGNED FOR CONCRETE: Easily seals standard glass bottles of champagne, prosecco, cava, and other sparkling wines. You can also turn the knob to note the opening date. Not suitable for red or white wines.
