  • Weld strength is generally higher than that of the base material.

  • The surface must be cleaned before welding.
  • The base metal temperature must be maintained at 450 °C during the welding process.
  • Avoid using flames to burn the wire; it relies on the thermal conductivity of the base material once the temperature reaches 450 °C.
  • The wire is pre-bent for packaging but can be restored to its original shape.
