Strong Building MaterialsLucite acrylic on its own is good but these baths are then reinforced further in a number of ways. Firstly, a 5mm thick high density fibreboard is used. (This is the same kind of material used for laminate flooring so you know it’s strong!). Secondly there is a layer of 3 – 3.5mm thick resin / fibreglass mix to help keep the bath rigid. |
