Installation
To install the threaded sleeve, follow these steps:- Drill holes using a matching drill bit.
- Use a Special tap for threading, ensuring that the tapping depth exceeds the mounting length of the sleeve.
- Insert the threaded screw into the mounting wrench with the shank facing down.
- Turn the wrench handle to screw the threaded screw into the threaded hole.
- Use a breakaway pin tool to align the mounting handle with a hammer and remove the handle from the shank.
- If installation problems occur, the threaded sleeve can be removed using the threading tool.
Application
This kit is mainly used for:- Repairing damaged internal threaded holes.
- Converting mm threaded holes to inches.
- Repairing the threaded holes of components, such as those in injection molding machines.
