M22 to M20 stainless steel threaded fitting for M20 female water tap

Galvanized Threaded Reducer Fitting M22 (Male) to M20 (Female)

The Universal Adapter for Connecting Your Irrigation System to the Tap

This small galvanized metal adapter is a key component for easily connecting your garden irrigation system or any accessory to a standard water tap. It allows you to convert from an M22 male thread (common on outdoor or tank taps) to an M20 female thread (standard for most garden hoses, spray guns, and accessories). Its galvanized silver finish ensures good corrosion resistance and prevents water contamination.

Simple and Effective Use

Check that your tap's thread is indeed an M22 male (outer diameter of approximately 22 mm).

Screw the M22 male end of the adapter onto your tap (without excessive force; use a wrench if necessary).

Then screw your garden hose (or any accessory with an M20 female thread) onto the M20 female end of the adapter.

A watertight and secure connection is thus established.

Home and Gardening Applications

Garden Watering: Connect a hose, sprinkler, or spray gun to a patio or wall tap.

Water Supply: For rainwater harvesting tanks equipped with an M22 tap.

Workshop / Cleaning: Adapt a portable pressure washer to a specific water source.

Use in a villa or farmhouse: For water systems with specific standards.

Robust and Durable Construction

Made of solid metal, this adapter is designed to withstand typical mains water pressures and repeated use.

The threading is precise for optimal sealing, even without an additional gasket (a flat gasket or hemp can be used for added security).
