General description

The Makita DC40RA compact fast charger is designed for XGT 40V Max lithium-ion batteries. With the included ADP10 charging adapter, it is also capable of fast charging LXT 14.4V and 18V batteries. This charger is up to 25% faster than previous LXT chargers (DC18RC and DC18RD) and allows for the flexibility of charging new 40V Max batteries. It features dual fans for effective cooling, ensuring optimal performance and longevity of both the battery and charger.
