Description
The Makita DUR194 LXT Line Trimmer with Extreme Protection Technology (XPT). Engineered for improved dust and water resistance for operation in harsh conditions.
It offers High/Low 2-speed selection with variable speed in each range. A battery protection circuit protects against overloading, over-discharging and over-heating. There is also a soft start feature and electric brake for increased productivity and operator safety.
The Makita DUR194 is an 18v LXT cordless line trimmer powered by a single 18v LXT Li-Ion battery.
This machine can be used with the following cutting tools: 8 tooth Metal blade (ø200mm cutting width), Nylon cutting head (ø2.0mm cord diameter, ø280mm cutting width) & Plastic blade (Three-blade cutter, ø230mm cutting width).
Includes the 191Y45-0 3 blade plastic blade cutter head
The 191Y45-0 from Makita is a plastic blade set with three movable plastic blades, which operate with less vibration and noise than a thread head. Reduced air resistance/effort extends the running. The movable blades allow for cornering on hard edges and are therefore suitable for cleaning work.
