Description

The Makita HP488DZ 18V Li-ion G-Series Cordless Combi Drill has a compact design that includes 2 x mechanical gears, 16 x torque settings, hammer action + variable speed control by trigger with forward / reverse rotation. This model replaces the HP457D G-series machine

This is a bare tool so no batteries or charger are supplied

This compact and lightweight HP488D 18V Li-ion cordless combi drill from Makita is ideal for drilling into wood, plastic, metal and light masonry.

The all metal gear construction gives added durability, whilst the ergonomically designed rubberized soft grip provides excellent control and comfort. The HP488D is also fitted with a single sleeve keyless chuck to enable easy drill or screwdriver bit installation and removal.

The Makita G-Series battery is identifiable by the white or grey top section and offers a 2.0 a/h hour battery capacity in the 18v version. A 60-minute charge time is achieved with the G-Series DC18WA battery charger.

The Makita G series battery is only compatible with the G Series range of cordless power tools, it is NOT compatible with the Makita LXT cordless range.
