Product information

Description

The McAlpine TSG52WH is a two-piece 50mm water seal trapped gully that is designed to be used in plumbing systems for waste water and sewage. The gully features a clamp ring and cover plate for secure installation, and a 2" horizontal outlet with a 2" x 1½" socket reducer for easy connection to other plumbing components.

The water seal trap is an essential feature of the gully, as it prevents unpleasant odours and gases from escaping through the drainage system and entering the living or working area. The trap works by retaining a small amount of water in the trap, which forms a barrier to the gases and odours.

The clamp ring and cover plate ensure that the gully is securely fixed in place, preventing any leaks or movement. The 2" horizontal outlet and 2" x 1½" socket reducer allow for easy connection to other plumbing components, such as pipes and fittings.

Overall, the McAlpine TSG52WH is a reliable and durable solution for waste water and sewage drainage systems, and is suitable for both commercial and domestic use.
