Instructions:

1. Spread the cookie dough evenly on a baking sheet.

2. Take out the cookie cutters and press them onto the dough.

3. Remove excess dough from the cookie cutters.

4. Place in the oven and cook for 15 minutes at 160°C (320°F).

5. Carefully cut the biscuits using a knife, just after baking, when they are still soft.

6. Decorate the cookies with icing (optional).
