Delivery Information

This item will be delivered by courier. The courier will collect your order from us within 5 working days of order. The courier will then make contact with you regarding a delivery date so please ensure you provide us with your up-to-date contact details so that the courier can get in touch with you.

The item can be left in a safe place on your property in your absence, you do not need to sign for the item. If you have any specific instructions as to whether the item is safe to be left or not, please get in touch with us or add a note to your order at checkout.

Returns

We offer a 30 day returns policy on all of our items. The guarantee commences from the date which you receive your item and we offer a free collection service as part of this agreement. As the buildings are sold as DIY kits we cannot dismantle the building on your behalf and we cannot be held liable for any third-party costs.

The building must be returned in its original, untreated, resalable condition. Until the item is collected by our courier it's the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the building remains in this condition. Once the building has been received by our factory a full refund will be issued back to the original method of payment within 1-3 working days.
