Installation: Lubricate/grease the threads and simply turn the caps by hand. They can be removed at any time. Note: It is recommended to grease the threads to prevent corrosion. Especially in winter, the use of antifreeze can cause corrosion (rust) between the valve cap and the valve threads. If you don't have grease on hand, you can also use olive oil. To avoid damaging the paint on the valve caps, do not spray them with harsh wheel cleaners.
