I'm new to turning and milling, so I'm not experienced enough to give professional advice. The product was useful for the realization of my first pieces.

Although comparator has a little play in the movement of the rod, it is sufficient to make measurements of flatness comparison or game values. The reading is clear and the dial is very readable. To recommend according to its affordable price.

The adjustment to put the needle in zero position is not that great. The rim of the dial is difficult to turn. So it always upsets the position.

I have not tried it yet in real conditions but during testing the back of the plastic device makes me doubt its accuracy. I do not know if I should recommend it or not.
