This paint thickness gauge is a portable coating thickness gauge that can quickly and accurately measure the thickness of non-metallic coatings (such as paint and film). It is widely used in detection fields such as manufacturing, car washes, metal processing, chemicals, and product inspection.

Purpose: To measure the thickness of non-metallic coatings.
Two modes: Car/User. Car mode can be used without calibration and can measure the coating thickness of three substrate materials: iron, aluminum, and zinc. User mode requires calibration before use and can measure the coating thickness of substrate materials for calibration.
Three measurement methods: Single measurement; Continuous measurement; Measurement of different values. Three calibration functions: Zero calibration; Two-point calibration; Basic calibration.
Measuring range: 0-1.8 mm / 0-71 mils.
Automatic power off: The instrument automatically shuts off after two minutes of inactivity or five minutes after measurement.
