Malfunction and solution:
The flow meter is not accurate. 1. The field calibration method is incorrect. Vuelva has to calibrate.
2. The caudal side of the medidor is lower than the minimum adjustment. Increase the caudal.
3. The flow meter is blocked by dry liquid. Remove the impulsor and clean it at the bottom, ensuring that it rotates freely.
4. The impulsor is made of soldered material. Remove the medidor and secure it so that it rotates freely.
5. Demasiado cerca del impulsor. Installed correctly.
6. Close to the motor or an engine with electronic noise. Installed correctly.
Reading numbers are faded or darkened. 1. The battery is dead or not connected. Check the batteries or replace them.
The caudal is normal, but the medidor cannot be registered. Press the DISPLAY button; The medidor will start. 1. Campo calibration is incorrect. Vuelva has to calibrate.
2. The impeller is blocked or damaged. Remove the medidor and ensure that the turbine rotates freely.
3. The impulsor is soldered. Remove the medidor and ensure that the turbine rotates freely.
