Saw blade change:
Loosen the threaded screw with an Allen key, remove the deflector plate, loosen the saw blade screw with a ring spanner, remove the old saw blade, and replace it with a new one.

Operating and maintenance instructions:
1. Before starting up the new machine, fill the air inlet with compressed air oil and approximately 4°C warm air. After approximately 3 hours of continuous operation, also inject approximately 4°C warm air into the air inlet.

2. After filling with compressed air oil, let the machine idle for approximately 10 seconds (do not start it up) to ensure that the internal parts of the grinding machine are fully lubricated before proceeding.

3. This is a mechanical air compressor (air pump). The air compressor's output is approximately 6 to 8 kW. Generally, the compressed gas in a conventional air compressor contains mostly water, and the compressor piston expels a small amount of lubricating oil. If an oil-water separator is not used, water, oil, and gas will enter the machine over time. The resulting deposits slow the machine's rotation, leading to insufficient speed and torque. Therefore, compressed air oil should be introduced into the air inlet. After approximately ten seconds of idling, the machine can be used normally.
