Description

Improved Design: This orange mini chamfer cutter with a 45° angle features a new, lightweight, compact, and elegant design. It offers smooth cutting, high efficiency, low vibration, and an exceptionally smooth cut on carbon steel. High-quality bearings and blades ensure smooth deburring and chamfering. Adjustable Speed and Angle: Speed: 30,000 RPM; Chamfer Capacity: C0.1–C1.5; Arc Angle: R0.1–R1.5; Adjustable Depth: 0.1–0.9 mm; Air Consumption: 0.4 l/min. Thanks to the stepless air intake control (1–5), the chamfer cutter can be optimally adjusted for any application. The included wrench allows for easy adjustment of the chamfer size and blade changes. Safety Features: A safety switch prevents accidental activation, ensuring user safety at all times. An alloy steel impact plate, a safety ring, and a metal button ensure safe operation. Chamfer angles and arcs: By changing the inserts (two insert types available), curves and chamfers can be created. Suitable for various angles, e.g., for chamfering straight edges, chamfering internal and external bores, as well as for irregular chamfers when cutting metal and for R-shaped curves. Application: The pneumatic chamfering machine enables chamfering even in the tightest and flattest areas and is suitable for various angles, e.g., for chamfering straight edges and chamfering internal and external bores. Improved design: This orange mini chamfer cutter with a 45° angle features a new, lightweight, and compact design. It cuts evenly, is highly efficient, low-vibration, and cuts carbon steel particularly cleanly. High-quality bearings and blades ensure smooth deburring and chamfering. Adjustable speed and angle: Speed: 30,000 rpm; Bevel capacity: C0.1–C1.5. Arc angle: R0.1–R1.5. Adjustable cutting depth: 0.1–0.9 mm; Air consumption: 0.4 l/min. Equipped with a 1–5-stage air inlet adjustment system, the bevel cutter's air supply can be continuously adjusted to the specific application. The included wrench allows for easy adjustment of the bevel cutting size and blade changes. Safety feature: A safety switch prevents accidental activation and protects the user at all times. Alloy steel guard, safety ring, and metal knob for safe operation.

[Tips for Use and Maintenance]
1. Before using the machine for the first time, fill with pneumatic tool oil. The air intake should be approximately 4°C. After about 3 hours of continuous operation, the temperature will stabilize at approximately 4°C. 1. The air intake should be approximately 4°C. 2. After filling with pneumatic tool oil, run the machine idle (do not use it) for approximately ten seconds and thoroughly lubricate the internal parts of the grinder before proceeding. 3. The air compressor capacity is approximately 6–8 kg. A conventional air compressor typically contains a large proportion of water in the compressed gas, and the compressor piston contains a small amount of lubricating oil. If an oil-water separator is not used, water, oil, and gas will enter the machine over time. These deposits slow the machine's rotation, resulting in a loss of speed and torque. For this, pneumatic tool oil must be introduced into the air inlet and the machine run idle for approximately ten seconds before normal use.
