With the ability to hold up to 2 kg of fruit, the steamer sits on the lid of your Thermomix mixing bowl, utilizing steam to burst fruit cells and release their delicious juice. Technical specifications Compatible with Thermomix TM5, TM6, TM31, and TM Friend Capacity: Up to 2 kg of fruit Extraction time: Up to 60 minutes depending on fruit type Includes a 30 cm silicone hose Installation Add 2000 g of water to the mixing bowl and close the lid (without measuring cup). Place the steamer on the lid and connect the supplied silicone hose to a separate heat-resistant container. Ensure the juice outlet is positioned correctly at the bottom of the steamer. Fill the steamer with up to 2 kg of fruit or vegetables and close the lid. Usage Set the Thermomix to Varoma temperature and Level 1 for extraction. Monitor the extraction process; stop cooking when no more juice flows from the pipes. Enjoy the cooled juice immediately or use it to create jellies, liqueurs, cocktails, and more. Soft fruits typically extract in 30 to 40 minutes, while harder fruits may take up to 60 minutes.
