Operating with a microcontroller using an external 8 MHz crystal, it offers exceptional measurement accuracy. It automatically detects and identifies numerous component types: NPN and PNP bipolar transistors, N- and P-channel MOSFETs, JFETs, single diodes, dual diodes, and low-power unidirectional and bidirectional thyristors. Its operation is incredibly simple thanks to its single-button control. Furthermore, it automatically shuts down with an extremely low standby current of only 20 nA, thus preserving battery life.

Most tests are completed in approximately two seconds.

Only measurements of large capacitance capacitors and inductors may require a slightly longer time. For diodes, the device can correctly display the symbol of two diodes and provide the forward voltage of each diode.
