FEATURES: The drill bits are made of M35 high-speed steel with a cobalt content of 4.50% to 5.50%. This gives them excellent hardness, wear resistance, heat resistance, and high crack resistance, making them ideal for machining hard metals. The gold plating improves corrosion resistance and extends the service life of the drill bits.

APPLICATION: The M35 twist drill bit is suitable for professional machining, especially for drilling stainless steel.

It is also suitable for shaping high-hardness materials such as carbon steel, iron, aluminum, copper, plastic, wood, and more.

NOTE: Position the twist drill bit at a 90° angle to the workpiece surface.

For thicker materials, drill in several passes to avoid overheating or material breakage. For large holes, start with a pilot hole. Use coolant to increase efficiency, extend tool life, and reduce material damage.
