I do not recommend anyone to buy this product.
Parcel received intact 2 months ago but the product was scratched inside.
I immediately reported the problem to the merchant requesting an exchange.
The (Chinese) merchant preferred a partial refund (barely 4% of the sale price), endless exchanges followed, I received emails wishing me "a happy life", to choose between 2 proposals but only one appeared in the email, then promise of a refund within 48 hours, then no more news...
Seriously, I've never seen that.
So I contacted Mano Mano directly, they triggered the concrete guarantee, no news from the merchant who had 7 days to come forward, surprisingly.
Then Mano Mano takes over by promising a full refund within 24 hours.
Now I've been waiting since March 19, I raise and Mano Mano no longer responds...
It's over, never again will I buy on this site or I had my habits!!!
