The serial number of the bath is placed on its inner frame, as well as on the box. This unique number should be kept and may be needed in case of requesting spare parts or proceeding with warranty claims.

Please note that to avoid transport damage, the hot tubs are not 100% pre-assembled, but only 85% pre-assembled.

In case of a defect, the customer is responsible for the removal of the defective part and its reassembly.
