Made of relatively thin metal but sturdy enough to hang on a ceiling!
Light coverage in a 3m square room is excellent.
Daylight 24hours a day if needed!!
Very pleased and would highly recommend with one caveat - this thing is BRIGHT.

The only thing was that the connector for the lights is smack in the middle of the bar, it would be good to have some movement on the connectors so you could position that wherever you wanted to without having to extend them.
