Product information

Description

1. The input and output terminals feature a high-side switching power supply with low-impedance, high-frequency (LOW ESR) electrolytic capacitors to ensure low output ripple and effectively filter out switching power supply issues. 2. MPPT solar maximum power point tracking, automatic intelligent charging management, low power consumption. 3. Maximum conversion efficiency is 93%, and up to 95% depending on lighting conditions. 4. Intelligent three-stage automatic charging mode. The self-tracking solar charging current is automatically adjusted. 5. With a no-load current of 3 mA, even very low morning sunlight can easily and automatically activate without manual switching. 6. With input reverse polarity protection. The ultra-low dropout design prevents reverse polarity protection exclusively for MOS transistors, and the reverse input does not function. 7. With output reflow protection. Effectively prevents nighttime battery charge meter reverse polarity!

Specification:

Item Type: Solar Panel Regulator Input Voltage: DC 8-28V input voltage. (No AC input) Output Voltage: DC 5-26V continuously variable transmission. 6V battery can charge 12V or 8.4V, 12.6V, 16.8V lithium batteries. Lithium iron phosphate batteries: 7.2V, 10.8V, 14.4V. 2-4 series lithium batteries, lithium iron phosphate charge management board. Output Current: 5A maximum. Charging Indicator: Yes. The red and blue LEDs flash alternately. Automatically shuts off. MPPT Function: Automatically tracks the maximum power point (MPPT), maximizing solar charge utilization. Low voltage: 1V (the same applies to step-down regulators; the input voltage must be at least 1V higher than the output). Low power consumption: yes. Ultra-low voltage design for low power consumption and high efficiency, professionally suited for solar panels. Operating temperature: Industrial grade (-40°C to +85°C). Load adjustment rate: ±1%. Voltage regulation rate: ±0.5%. Connection: With terminal. MPPT voltage: adjustable. The MPPT voltage varies between different solar modules. Even if the MPPT voltage cannot be adjusted by the solar controller, can it still be considered MPPT? MPPT control technology uses a charge meter's load efficiency ratio control scheme, which is generally about 30% higher than DC-DC step-down MCU + PWM power supplies. Fully utilize solar energy and operate at low power. Reduce power losses! The MPPT function can effectively prevent the solar panel's charging voltage from being slowly and gradually depleted by the battery. Note: The first charge will pre-adjust the output voltage. Please closely monitor the battery voltage to avoid overcharging! Do not use unprotected lithium batteries! Debugging method: Step 1: If voltage is output in step 2, connect the solar cell and do not charge the bottle. If there is no output, slowly rotate the small output potentiometer counterclockwise until the MPPT output voltage is reached. Step 2: Rotate the small output voltage counterclockwise until the red and blue LEDs flash, then adjust the output voltage to the full cutoff voltage. Step 3: Repair the discharged battery and monitor the charging current on the output channel ammeter. Adjust the potentiometer with the MPPT until the charging current is at its maximum. Step 4: Only charge the battery. If the blue LED rotates clockwise, increase the output voltage until the red LED illuminates. Then, slowly increase the output voltage counterclockwise until only the blue LED is illuminated. Use a multimeter to ensure the cutoff voltage is correct to prevent overloading! Transfer method instead of using solar power: Step 1: The power supply has adjusted the solar MPPT voltage (e.g., 18V). Step 2: If the output voltage is adjusted clockwise until there is no longer a significant MPPT output voltage, do not connect the power supply to the input terminal and do not charge the battery. Then, slowly turn the output voltage counterclockwise until the small MPPT output voltage is just correct. Step 3: Decrease the output voltage counterclockwise until the red and blue lights flash, then roughly adjust the output voltage to the full cutoff voltage. Step 4: Charge only the battery. If the blue light rotates clockwise, increase the output voltage until the red light illuminates. Then, slowly increase the output voltage counterclockwise until only the blue light is illuminated, and use a multimeter to ensure the cutoff voltage is correct to prevent overcharging! Charge Management Board Function: 1. Tracks the maximum power point of the solar cell; the output current is higher than the solar panel current, true ultra-efficient MPPT, supports 8-28V, 100W high-current solar charging. It is recommended that each solar panel module be connected in parallel to increase the charging current. 2. Adjustable output voltage, automatic CC-CW control (can support a single or multi-cell lithium battery, lithium iron phosphate battery, or lead-acid battery, high-power LED). Package List: 1 x Solar Panel Regulator Note: Please note that the new and old types of this product will be sent randomly, and make sure you do not mind this before ordering.
