- Preserve the integrity of your pan by avoiding sudden thermal shock: never rinse with cold water when it is still hot.Allow it to cool naturally on an insulated surface before cleaning — an essential rule to avoid warping or cracking.
- For optimal storage and increased longevity, store it in a dry, ventilated place; slip a paper towel inside to absorb residual humidity and prevent any oxidation, especially if your kitchen is prone to humidity.
- Be careful with acidic foods (tomatoes, lemon, vinegar): their prolonged contact can subtly alter the taste of your dishes and gradually weaken the coating. Instead, use wooden or silicone utensils to preserve its shine and non-stick properties day after day.
