Grinding capacity: approximately 50g to 200g at a time. The grinding time will result in a different powder fineness. During grinding, the particles that look like smoke you see are actually a fine powder, not smoke. [CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE] 1. Do not wash the grinding bowl directly with water or rinse the motor base. Please use a brush or a dry cloth for cleaning. 2. We recommend allowing the grinder to rest for approximately 60 seconds after every 30 to 45 seconds of use for optimal motor maintenance. 3. We recommend that the ingredients to be ground should cover the blade and not exceed 2/3 of the grinding cup's capacity. Press the button to begin grinding, then pause for 10 seconds; 4. Turn off the power and empty the grounds.
