Instructions: 1. Install the machine and secure the pump body to the water with four screws.
2. Install the water hose and connect it to the pump body (Note: For a watertight connection, add a washer; you can also use PTFE tape, otherwise it is prone to leaks). 3. Connect the other end of the outlet hose to the hose being tested. 4. Fill the test tube with water, expel any air, and then close the pressure relief valve. 5. Fill the tube with water, then swing the handle up and down to start the pressure test. 6. When the pressure rises to the required level, the pressure can be stopped (normal tap water pressure is 0.3 MPa, high-rise residential water pressure is 0.4 MPa, water pipe pressure testing is generally performed at 0.8-1 MPa, 0.1 MPa is equivalent to a pressure of 1 kg). 7. After stopping the pressure, if the indicated pressure does not drop, it can be proven that the pipe's pressure resistance is good. Conversely, it can be proven that the sealing performance of the pipe was not good, and there is a leak that caused a pressure drop. ListFeatures
