The Nano Pizza Oven is a compact and efficient gas oven designed for professional performance while being easy to use. Made in Italy using artisan techniques, it features a refractory concrete hob and dome, along with mineral fiber insulation, ensuring it reaches and maintains high temperatures for optimal cooking. Capable of reaching 450°C (850°F) in just 15 minutes, it is perfect for making authentic Italian-style pizzas as well as cooking a variety of other foods including meat, fish, vegetables, and desserts.
