It features a super fine grit of 10000, making it perfect for fine grinding and polishing knives, including chef knives, scissors, and other cutting tools. The whetstone comes with two non-slip drainage bases for safe and convenient use.

Installation

Soak the stone in water for about 15 minutes before use; salt water is preferable.

Place the whetstone on a stable surface using the drainage bases provided.

Usage

Sharpen the knife in the order of coarse to fine.

Hold the knife handle with the right hand, while lightly pressing the edge with the left hand, and move clockwise.

Maintain a sharpening angle of 10-20 degrees.

Do not scrape off the mud while grinding, as it helps in achieving a sharper edge.
