The control panel of this spot welder is independently developed for DIY or simple resistance welding. The silicon-controlled fault activation principle is adopted to adjust the time and current to achieve the desired welding result.

Equipped with a digital display, you can visually monitor the time and current, making it easy to operate.

High and low voltage are isolated by an optical coupler, making it safer to use.

The high-precision potentiometer ensures reliable and convenient input. The reliable zero-crossing detection circuit guarantees the accuracy of SCR fault detection.

Two models are available: 40A or 100A.
