Advanced Features: Easy to read, good color coding for smoking, cooking, etc., and has both °C and °F values, which is very useful since most hot smoking books only have conversion tables and no °C in the recipe temperatures.

The wing nut is perfect for removing when not in use, as other thermostats keep breaking during storage. Tip: If your grill doesn't have a hole, you can simply drill a 9.5mm hole and insert the rod into the hole in your pit, smoker, or grill, then secure it with the included nut.
