General Description The 92 mm HSS M42 bi-metal hole saw is designed for a variety of applications, including wood, plastic, aluminum, non-ferrous metals, copper, and plasterboard. Its high-quality high-speed steel construction ensures strength and abrasion resistance, while its heat-treated teeth offer high hardness (65HRC), guaranteeing durability and reusability. Can be used with a standard adapter in any drill with an SDS-plus or hex chuck. Installation Insert the drill into the chuck and secure the screws on the side of the chuck with a hex key. Insert the chuck until it reaches the tip of the saw blade. Place the mounting plate onto the saw, then tighten the nut to lock the mounting plate in place. Ensure the screws are securely fastened to guarantee a precise cut. When using, reduce the drilling speed; a speed of ≤ 1000 rpm is recommended. The spring around the drill bit automatically pushes the saw washer back after the hole is complete. Pre-drilled holes improve the speed of removing cylindrical iron threads.
