9-50V 2000W Motor Regulator with 40A DC Brush Motor Regulator, Temperature Control and Dimming Module, IMDN12 Type DC Regulator. This regulator is a universal 9-50V DC voltage regulator. It utilizes an imported FET/special imported speed control driver IC/PCB made of 2 oz thickened 70-micron copper foil, and the high current balanced PCB layout results in a perfect and more efficient PWM output waveform. The IMDN12-40A DC regulator is positioned as an entry-level industrial regulator with the characteristics of small size, wide voltage, high current, low temperature rise, high reliability, and low price.

(1) Operating Voltage: Wide operating voltage range DC 9V-50V

(2) Control Power: 0.01-2000W (maximum instantaneous current is 40A and long-term operating current must be controlled within 20A). Different operating voltages correspond to different control power ratings as follows:

When the operating voltage is 12V, 12V x 40A = 480W

When the operating voltage is 24V, 24V x 40A = 960W

When the operating voltage is 36V, 36V x 40A = 1440W

When the operating voltage is 40V, 40V x 40A = 1600W

When the operating voltage is 50V, 50V x 40A = 2000W

(3) Quiescent current: 0.025A (when the operating voltage is between DC10V and DC50V, the quiescent current will not exceed 25mA)

Illustrate:

1. During shipping, the potentiometer is removed and placed in the case to prevent damage to the product during transport.

2. When wiring, be careful that the positive and negative terminals of the power supply are not reversed. A reverse connection is equivalent to a short circuit, and the current is very high, which will instantly burn out the regulator. Follow the instructions next to the connection terminals for wiring.

3. The governor is a DC governor, and the power supply must be a DC power supply between 9 and 50 V.
