Suggestions for use:

1. When machining stainless steel and steel sheets larger than 5 mm, please add coolant or water.

2. If the cutting thickness exceeds 16 mm, remove the ejector spring of the pilot drill.

3. Apply anti-rust oil to the product after use to extend its service life.

Note:

1. Check the integrity of the drill bit before use.

2. When loading the drill bit into the electric drill, the three surfaces of the corresponding handle must be tightened;

3. During the drilling process, maintain the verticality of the drill bit and the workpiece;

4. Use a small feed force at the beginning of drilling, and a medium feed force after positioning;

5. When drilling, the speed should not be too low to avoid jamming the knife edge and causing the knife to collapse;

6. When the center drill penetrates the workpiece, the force should not be too large to avoid a violent collision between the blade and the workpiece.

7. Once the drill bit has drilled through the workpiece, the workpiece must be pulled out while rotating the drill bit;

8. During continuous drilling, the cutting edge must be cooled with cutting fluid.
