It can be bonded to ceramic tile, cement, steel, flashings, roof connections, chimney stacks, skylights, canopies, and parapet gutters. DURABLE AND TEAR-RESISTANT - Emergency butyl tape effectively seals water leaks from roofs, RVs, and gutters, so you don't have to worry on rainy days. Thanks to its aluminum surface, it is shear-resistant, can stretch without breaking, and provides good thermal and water insulation. EXCELLENT PERFORMANCE - This butyl tape is made of butyl rubber, which is harmless and odorless. It is UV and wear resistant, and resistant to high and low temperatures. Use this butyl tape only on the exterior of walls, roofs, pipes, and other building surfaces. EASY TO USE - This butyl repair tape has a longer lifespan and excellent sealing performance. Peel off the protective film and position the tape where desired. Press the butyl tape firmly to ensure it adheres securely to the surface. NOTE - 1. Do not use butyl tape inside water pipes, swimming pools, or bathtubs. 2. Ensure the surface to be taped is free of water, oil, sand, and dust. Wait at least 24 hours after applying the butyl tape.
