Product information

Description

Product never used, packaging damaged during transport. Unopened product, repackaged in our warehouses, in perfect working condition, warranty available.

Can be used to detect the sugar content of honey and the moisture content of honey, as well as other liquids with high sugar content. The refractometer has the advantages of simple structure, high resistance to shock, easy operation and portability, and high clarity.

The eyepiece can be adjusted, and the program mirror can be adjusted to clearly see the data when the product scale is not clear.

The large cover is easy to use and can effectively protect the glass panel of the instrument.

Item Type: Refractometer

Material: Plastic

Honey Moisture: 13-25%

Error: 0.1%

Compensation Temperature Range: 10℃ - 30℃

Application:

1. Open the [cover] and gently wipe the [blue prism] with a soft cloth.

2. Take 2-3 drops of honey, place them on the [blue prism], carefully close the [cover], and press it flat to avoid bubbles. Ensure that the solution covers the surface of the [blue prism].

3. Point the instrument's prism toward a light source or a bright place, observe the field of view through the [eyepiece], and rotate the [eyepiece adjustment dial] so that the blue dividing line and the white observation field are clear. The scale value of the dividing line corresponds to the concentration of the solution.

4. After the measurement is completed, clean the prism surface with the tested solution and cover it with a soft cotton cloth. The prism should be properly stored after use. (The prism is prone to mold. Please store it in a dry environment. The moisture-proof sand in the cap is for protecting the prism. Do not throw it away.)

Correction method:</

Remove the [cover], apply a little refractive oil to the shiny side of the glass block (refractive oil should not be applied to the plastic cover), and stick the shiny side of the glass block to the rear third of the prism surface. Gently press the cover plate with your hand without sliding it down. Adjust the [adjustment screw] with a screwdriver so that the blue and white dividing line in the eyepiece's field of view is 78.8%.

Note:</

This instrument is an optical instrument. Please pay attention to the following points during use and maintenance:

1. Be careful and attentive when using the instrument, strictly follow the instructions, do not loosen the instrument's connecting parts arbitrarily, do not drop or collide, and strictly prohibit vibration.

2. After use, it is strictly forbidden to place the instrument directly into water for cleaning and wipe it with a clean, soft cloth. The optical surface must not be scratched.

3. The instrument should be stored in a dry, non-corrosive place. Avoid losing spare parts.
