Large Step Drill Bit - The step drill bit is constructed with 12 drill bit diameter increments: 6-60 mm (6 mm, 10 mm, 15 mm, 20 mm, 25 mm, 30 mm, 35 mm, 40 mm, 45 mm, 50 mm, 55 mm, 60 mm). Unique enlarger holes eliminate the need to replace the drill bit and positioning hole during use. Material - The step cone cutter is made of HSS 4241 high-speed steel with a titanium coating on the surface. It is rust-resistant, wear-resistant, and heat-resistant, ensuring a longer service life. Spiral Design - The 135-point split tip and double-flute design guarantee faster and smoother cutting, stable removal, and improved chip removal. The three-sided shank securely fits into the chuck of power tools and prevents slippage. Surface depth gauges ensure precise drilling. Water-cooled – For parts with a hardness below 25°; For materials such as metal, wood, aluminum alloys, plastic sheets, insulating sheets, etc. What you get – 1 twist drill bit. Recommended drilling speed: 250-400 RPM. Note: All data is measured manually; please allow for a 1-3cm error.
