How to replace the shade?

Note: Unplug the lamp socket. Carefully unscrew the bulb holder, unscrew the flexible arm, and then unscrew both ends of the arms. Be careful as they are often tight. Wear gloves to avoid danger from old shards of the shade. Remove all the old shade. Replace the shade (do not overtighten the arms) and reconnect the lamp holder. Screw the bulb holder in, but not tightly yet (only 2 or 3 turns). Finally, reconnect the lamp :)
