MULTIFUNCTIONAL: When rotating clockwise, the mixing knife chops, while when rotating counterclockwise, it mixes. Counterclockwise rotation is ideal for foods containing pieces of ingredients that should not be chopped. PRACTICAL: The blade bearing transmits the power from the motor to the blade. If the blade jams, the blade bearing breakage prevents overloading and damaging the motor.
