Measurements are displayed on a large, easy-to-read LCD screen. It stores the last reading, as well as the minimum and maximum readings; features automatic zero adjustment. Accurate to +/- 0.02 percent and capable of measuring at a distance of 2 to 20 inches (50 to 500 mm); RPMs measured over a sampling period of 0.5 seconds. Measure the speeds of motors, machines such as circular saws, the speed of lathes, and other rotating equipment. Resolution: 0.1 rpm at 2.5 to 999.9 rpm; 1 rpm at 1000 to 99999 rpm. Measuring range: 2.5 to 99999 rpm. (Requires cooperation with a reflective tape measure)
