The winding direction of the line spool is indicated in the line spool housing - the arrows on the spool housing cover indicate the direction of rotation of the motor Replacing the line spool:

Remove the battery from the device

Open the bobbin housing by pressing the two releases on the housing at the same time

Remove the bobbin housing cover and remove the bobbin

Push the ends of the new line spool out of the slots on the cutting spool

Insert the new spool into the bobbin housing so that the running direction arrows on the spool are visible after insertion

Then pass both ends of the line through the opposite eyelets

Put the cover on the bobbin case

Pull the thread ends and hold down the lock button until both ends protrude about 1 cm from the thread cutter
