Nice is part of the Nice S.p.A. group, founded in the early 90s and based in northern Italy and listed on the Milan stock exchange. The subsidiary was set up in France in 1995 and is based in Aubagne in the Bouches-du-Rhône département. It has 111 employees at its head office.
