  • we will need one person to give a hand to take the goods inside your property
  • the waiting time is up to 5 weeks
  • if you are located in the RED AREA, please note that the waiting time will be up to 6 weeks, and there is a £50 delivery charge
  • we do not deliver to Northern Ireland or any UK Islands 
  • PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU ARE LOCATED ABOVE THE GROUND FLOOR, THE DRIVER WILL NEED THE HELP OF ONE PERSON TO TAKE THE SOFA INSIDE YOUR PROPERTY
  • we will contact you 2-3 days before delivery with the exact time and date. You will be given a 3-4 hrs delivery slot. Unfortunately, you won't be able to choose the exact time or date of your delivery. If the date won't suit you, we will rearrange your delivery. Generally, we have a driver in the same area once every 2-3 weeks.
  • if you wish to return your sofa, please let us know. The sofa must be packed and ready for collection. We will collect it within 2-3 weeks from the request. The collection charge is the same as delivery.
