Description
1. Powerful Function: With this kit, there is no high engine oil temperature, EGR cooler failure, or premature oil loss that causes early failures in the HEUI fuel injection system and even the engine itself.
2. Backflushing: The kit allows the existing cooler to be backflushed by simply directing the water flow in the opposite direction of normal movement to dislodge contaminants, and the cooler regains its efficiency in most cases.
3. Recommendation: It is advisable to regularly monitor the Delta T (difference between oil temperature and coolant temperature) during engine operation under load, and it is recommended to use the kit if the temperature difference exceeds specifications.
4. NO cooler replacement: There's no need to repeatedly replace the cooler or alter the connection between the oil cooler and the EGR cooler when it's malfunctioning, greatly preventing leaks and a lot of frustration.
5. High compatibility: Also effective on trucks equipped with the factory EGR cooler, or on those previously fitted with an EGR delete kit for off-road use. You can redirect the coolant flow on EGR delete trucks for better coolant flow through the oil cooler and a lower Delta T.
