Sold by re-green GmbH
Product information
Description
Features: 1. TEST PURPOSE: This is an operational amplifier tester that can be used to test common chips for single (mono), dual, and quad operational amplifiers. The printed circuit board can determine if the integrated circuit can be used for amplification, and the chip's conversion rate can be roughly evaluated. You can identify low-speed chips disguised as high-speed chips. 2. OUTPUT MODE: For a high-speed operational amplifier, it can normally produce, upon input of a high and low frequency square wave signal, corresponding synchronization of the red and green LEDs, continuously lit (200 kHz) or bright (10 Hz) 3. OUTPUT DISPLAY: For a low-speed operational amplifier, when a square wave signal is input, the output end cannot complete the output waveform. As shown, the corresponding red LED may not light up normally; only one or two LEDs will remain off. Only when a low-frequency signal is input can it output normally, and the corresponding red LED at the output end will blink synchronously with the green LED. 4. TEST CURRENT: A test terminal is provided on the board to test the operational amplifier's static current under a ±5V supply. The static current reading can also help you understand certain characteristics of the operational amplifier and identify the model. STABLE PCB: The operational amplifier test board adopts a stable PCB material, has excellent maintainability and interchangeability, rest assured to use it. Specifications: Item Type: Operational Amplifier Test Board Size: Approx. 9.5 x 5.8 cm / 3.74 x 2.28 inches. Power requirements: Voltage: DC 12V, Current: 100 mA. Application: For single op-amp models: LM741, LF356, NE5534, TL071, TL081, 0P07 and other standard single op-amp packages. For dual op-amp models: LM358, NE5532, TL072, TL082, MC1458, RC4558, 0P275, AD827 and other standard dual op-amp packages. For quad op-amp models: LM324, TL074, TL084, LF347, AD713. How to use: Installation and operation Package List: Package includes 1 x Test Board. Note: Test Instructions: 1. Test only one chip at a time. Use one of the three test sockets. 2. For static current testing, use the DC voltmeter of a digital multimeter. Test the voltage across 10 ohms, 1 = V/10 (mA). For example, V = 15mV, static current 1 = 1.5mA. (At this stage, do not press the red switch on the right side of the diagram). 3. The test end can be connected to an oscilloscope or frequency counter. Adjust the potentiometer to change the test frequency.
