These chairs are an excellent compromise between comfort and savings. They are very beautiful and easy to assemble, they just lack stability, because the structure is mounted with screws and is not welded, but the quality / price ratio is very valid.

They have not called us to replace it

Good product but a little light. Being assembled and designed to be stacked (there is no reinforcement crosspiece) they are a bit dancers, however for the price they have not bad.

We had high hopes for these chairs, the colour of the wood and metal is nice and like the photos when we started to take them out of the box. But unfortunately the build quality and materials used just aren’t up to scratch. The wood is weak and this lead to the chairs arriving damaged. Two seat slats had been snapped off, with the wood splitting making it irreparable. Luckily the supplier (VidalXL) agreed to pay for the rerun and refund of the product. We will not be buying again or replacing with the same item.

The welds don't seem that strong. One leg slightly shorter than the other makes the chair a bit wobbly. The precision is not really there ... It was necessary that the assembly all the parts before tightening the assemblies with the screws. The allen key is disposable, after the assembly of the chair, the key is already very tired. Once mounted, the chair is not very static (it was the idea of buying a metal structure ...). I think the chairs are not going to last very long, so I will ask for a refund to have only one mounted ... Too bad, the aesthetics are quite nice. The refund is badly committed: after having bought 3 lots (so 6 chairs) they offer me a refund of only 45 euros for the whole, or exchange with something else on the same merchant site ... The return may be very expensive and it seems that it is my responsibility ...
