Product information

Description

General Description

This pack of 40 black PP welding rods is a versatile welding material, ideal for welding plastics such as PP, PE, PVC, ABS, etc. It offers excellent wear resistance, seven times greater than steel and four times greater than Teflon (polytetrafluoroethylene).   With very high adhesion resistance, its surface barely sticks to other materials. Its main advantages include high wear resistance, high impact resistance, cold resistance, self-lubrication, and electrical properties.   It possesses excellent cold resistance, retaining its ductility even at the nitrogen liquefaction temperature (-196°C). Its corrosion resistance is also remarkable, with very stable chemical properties, resisting corrosion from various corrosive media as well as organic solvents within a certain temperature and humidity range.
