Rubbish quality and customer service
The wood is very poor quality and very thin. Whilst assembling wooden pieces snapped and the screws are too small so the whole thing creeks and rocks! There are gaps around all the doors so it will have lots of drafts and if a rabbit tries to get down the ramp it will hit the side of the cage because it is so narrow and steep. Would possibly be ok indoors for a Guinea pig but it certainly not weatherproof! I am waiting for a full refund and the company to collect it back from me. Read more

Good quality, very reasonable price, our guinea pigs love it!
Once put together this seems like a very sturdy product and should last a long time. The instructions took a bit of deciphering but taking my time and after a few missteps I got there in the end! Be careful tightening the screws however as on a couple the screw heads broke off. The wipe clean drawers as the bottoms for each floors are very convenient and make it easy to clean, very happy with our purchase overall. Read more

Very hard instructions
People have reviewed this many times and mentioned the instructions being hard. I have to agree 100% it is not like anything I have seen before. The instructions are done for someone who already knows how to make the hutch. A first timer just looks and thinks where do I start. After pondering for a while I made a start and did eventually get the Hutch to look something like it should do. There were 5 pieces, 4 wooden blocks and a thin piece of wood that to this day I still do not know where they go, however the hutch hasnt fell down. Hutch is up and sturdy enough for our needs. People have commented on the quality of wood etc but all hutches are the same. The drawers are a bit of a gimmick as when the hutch is put together they are too tight to pull out and if the ramp is put in the top one can not come out anyway. Overall not a bad hutch but there is room for improvement. Read more

Great Hutch
We have two rabbits and this is a great size for them both. The pull out drawers are fantastic, it so much quicker and easier to clean. We didn't fix the run between the floors though, because if the run is fixed you wouldn't be able to pull the drawer completely out. So we fixed a block of wood on the bottom drawer so we can wedge the run so it wouldn't slip, and that works great!!!! Would definitely recommend this hutch! Read more

Good sturdy hutch. Had a complaint which was resolved quickly and effectively by the supplier.
When delivered, the hutch had two seriously damaged panels. The supplier sent a replacement hutch within three working days which was very impressive. It took two of us a couple of hours to construct the hutch. An electric screwdriver is essential. The instructions are not particularly clear but construction is fairly logical if you have a photo of the finished article in front of you. The finished hutch is sturdy and my granddaughters two guineapigs seem very happy. Read more
